My Hiboy S2 Max stopped charging for some reasons! I bought a replacement charger from Am***n but still didn’t work. I hesitate to buy this at first because the charger is expensive but I’m so glad it worked, my e-scooter is back to life! Only 4 stars because the shipping takes about 3 weeks - feels like forever!!! Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Thank You
Stopped charging within in a week
Shipping took forever, no returns for this item... and it doesn't fit my S2Max charging port. A 56v charger for a 48v battery seems a little high too... but customer service says they sent the correct charger. -1/10 would avoid this product because i'm out nearly $80 and i think I'm going to need to build my own or buy a used one locally.

Had no idea what was wrong with my scooter it was not charging and I haven’t even had it for a year! I realized that there was something wrong with the charger and not the scooter so I ordered a new charger and everything is fine now
