I received my order in 4 days which was great once I opened the box and started putting the bike together I noticed it was missing the hardware for the front fender so I put the rest of the bike together and starting riding it.
I emailed Hiboy to let them know and I got a response within 24 hours and they sent me the missing pieces.
Once I started riding the bike the left pedal began to come loose which I wasn’t very happy about but I ended up reinstalling the pedal crank arm with some blue Loctite and it has been fine ever since.
I have put 160 kms on the bike in 5 days and I love riding it!! Very nice ride and I love the pedal assist option for when you may not have the energy to pedal using more power I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get into the e-bike world!!!

Being a Hiboy dealer, I tried them all. So far my favourite is the.EX6F. It just fits me perfectly. You can adjust the bars for your height and the bike feels great
I have only a couple of small quibbles about the bike. It takes a bit longer than anticipated for the pedal assist to kick in, and it would have been handy to have a USB charging port incorporated into the display. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.
After ordering two so far, the only issue is one of the seats(mine of course) will not sty in its set position. I have tightened the device as far as i dare without it breaking and the seat still works its way down when travelling. Other than that, both bikes have been amazing
Not too overly impressed. Pedal fell off during ride. The bolt used was stripped. Not sure what to do at this point. Disappointed
