Hiboy EX6 Step-thru Fat Tire Electric Bike

To my surprise, I received an open box with a used ebike returned by a previous customer with no label/packing list to my name.
How can your warehouse ship an order without verifying when you praise your service as excellent.
It's supposed to be the birthday gift of my son, and now we are all very disappointed and we are still waiting for the full refund to buy him a new ebike from other suppliers.
It's the first time I had such a bad experience from ordering online.

We picked up one of these bikes for our homestead, so we don't always have to use our big truck when we don't need it. We are in love with the bike. Great quality, and so easy to get around in our hilly area. Thanks so much 🙏🙏

but now i bought this electric bike. LoL. i assembled it when i received. its really to assembled (they have video to showing that ). and battery is removable, i can take it to my home for charges that. This electric charges quickly .i like that it has pedal and rides really well when going uphill.

I bought this electric bike as a birthday gift for my husband. It works perfect and he likes it very much. The bike was heavier and bigger than I expected, but it was easy to assemble and move. I use around 15 min to assemble by myself. You can choose a work-through model to easily move it to your backyard.
The battery is removable. You can leave your bike outside and charge the battery indoors.
Fat tires give you a smoother and safer ride, even after snowing. It also works perfect at the beach. You can ride it to enjoy the sunshine and breeze at the beach.
Three battery usage modes, you can choose a full battery, a assistant model (such as a hybrid vehicle), when the battery is exhausted or you want to use it for fitness, it can be used as a normal bicycle.
Husband's new toy and he absolutely loves it. He also recommends to his friends without hesitation.

Great quantity, really like how it looks and happy that it didn��t differ from the pictures. Bought it for quick travel to and back from work. Absolutely made my life much easier, was quite amazed by how it can last without charge.

My husband and I bought 2 Hiboy EX6 bikes. We love them. Excellent power, great bikes, comfortable to ride, etc. The only issues: one bike came with the front reflector broke off. It looked like it must have happened during the shipping process. The brakes seem to squeak/whine a bit when you use them. I'm not sure if this is because they are so new - and the brakes need to be "worn" a bit.... we are not sure. But - other than the brakes squealing a bit the brakes works excellent. The bikes really hold their charge. They look good. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. I would recommend these bikes for the value - excellent purchase.

Hiboy EX6 Step-thru Fat Tire Electric Bike

2 good bikes for 2500$, fast and sturdy

I ordered two EX6 Step-thru Fat Tire Electric Bike bikes from the same brand but different colors.
In a relatively short period, I received two nr tracking from Hiboy indicating that the shipment has been started, but with two different companies. UPS and Canpar Express.
The package shipped with UPS arrived within a reasonable time. I was amazed when immediately after the UPS delivery I received an email from Hiboy that flew indicating that the shipment of the order has been completed.
I have advised Hiboy that only a part of my order has been shipped and that I am still waiting for the second bicycle of the order. Hiboy suggests that I wait until the second bicycle arrives and that they will ask the delivery service to speed up the delivery.
I contacted Canpar. Canpas has opened an investigation into the package with the delivery number that Hiboy sent me. After their investigation, Canpar notified me by email that their investigation had been unsuccessful and asked me to contact Hiboy.
I contacted Hiboy to inform them that the package does not exist. Hiboy again asks me to be patient. Therefore, I am still waiting for my second bike to be delivered by Hiboy.

Unclear instructions; my seat is loose, front tire is loose sometimes, battery could be a bit more better as it was advertised. Other than that, this bike is amazing and helps me make money!
