After extensive research of different ev scooters from different makes and models, I kept coming back to the S2 Max from Hiboy. Put in my cart and pulled the trigger and so glad I did. My 11yr old and myself are beyond happy with the build quality, speed and fun factor from this fantastic ev scooter. I might even get the S2 Max Pro for myself now being that I'm 100lbs heavier then my Son, but even so, I'm 185 and the S2 Max hauls me around with ease. Extremely happy with my purchase but did have 2 issues. Upon opening up, noticed the charger terminal was slightly bent. It works but I contacted Hiboy and they sent me a new charger instantly, thanks Chloe. 2nd issue was on the billing side. When I was researching, I had the s2 Max in and out of my cart multiple times on multiple days. It showed 5% Gst and no sales tax (I'm in BC Canada) which is correct as there's no sales tax in my region on ev scooters. But the day I decided this was indeed the scooter I wanted for my son it kept showing 5% Gst and 7% sales tax. Nothing would change that no matter how many times I tried. I ordered anyways and thought I'd get sorted out later. But no one ever responded to me. After I ordered over the following days I would put the same scooter in my cart and it would only show 5% gst and no sales tax. Maybe a billing glitch on that one day I'm not sure. But other then that, I'm very happy with my purchase and HIGHLY RECOMMEND the S2 Max.

The battery life is not good it just covers 30-35 km. But on the time of purchase it says that it covers 64 km.

Dear customer, may I know your weight? The range distance is influenced by several factors.
Please note the max distance is measured when it is no wind and at 77°F, the scooter's fully charged to ride at an even speed of 11.4 mph(18.4 km/h)on a surface with a load of 165 pounds〔75 kg). The real battery life varies with different factors of the load, humidity, wind speed, and operation habits…etc.

The scooter is not connecting to the app and I tried everything it’s not working idk what’s wrong with it. It needs to be fixed asap other than that the scooter is actually good it doesn’t go well over bumps
