I have only put 10 kilometers on it seems ok changed seat that's just me like my comfort the backrack bolts were missing instructions could be better

Is the charger included when buying the e-scooter?

After extensive research of different ev scooters from different makes and models, I kept coming back to the S2 Max from Hiboy. Put in my cart and pulled the trigger and so glad I did. My 11yr old and myself are beyond happy with the build quality, speed and fun factor from this fantastic ev scooter. I might even get the S2 Max Pro for myself now being that I'm 100lbs heavier then my Son, but even so, I'm 185 and the S2 Max hauls me around with ease. Extremely happy with my purchase but did have 2 issues. Upon opening up, noticed the charger terminal was slightly bent. It works but I contacted Hiboy and they sent me a new charger instantly, thanks Chloe. 2nd issue was on the billing side. When I was researching, I had the s2 Max in and out of my cart multiple times on multiple days. It showed 5% Gst and no sales tax (I'm in BC Canada) which is correct as there's no sales tax in my region on ev scooters. But the day I decided this was indeed the scooter I wanted for my son it kept showing 5% Gst and 7% sales tax. Nothing would change that no matter how many times I tried. I ordered anyways and thought I'd get sorted out later. But no one ever responded to me. After I ordered over the following days I would put the same scooter in my cart and it would only show 5% gst and no sales tax. Maybe a billing glitch on that one day I'm not sure. But other then that, I'm very happy with my purchase and HIGHLY RECOMMEND the S2 Max.

I don’t like it at all it shuts off on its own all the time I don’t recommend it to anyone

I was pleased with the ordering and shipping progress. I am also pleased with the bike.

My son really likes the scooter. Ordered the phone holder at the same time have yet to see it !

1) It was delivered on time
2) Amazing packaging
3) Product looks amazing
4) The drive is very comfortable
4) Battery runs for about 37 km which is amazing
5) The speed is amazing
6) Fully charged in 6 hours as expected
7) Easy to carry
No problem yet and I love the product. Must buy if you don’t want to buy a car for a couple of years or for your adults who are in university who do not have a car.
