I tried the bike for 45 km and I really liked it. This is my first electric bike so it's difficult to compare. A little heavy for a bike but it's okay. Easy to assemble, fast delivery. All in all, I'm satisfied so far.

Greetings, I took advantage of the shipping protection plan offer but I have to tell you in all honesty, you people do such a fine job in the packaging dept you'd have to drop the box from a 3rd story building before you might expect any damage!!! GOOD JOB!!!
Also, while I have your attention, your tech support people have also been spot on with assisting me with questions and concerns I had. All resolved to my satisfaction!!! Once again,,, GOOD JOB!!!
